NoTherapists is operated by MoodClinics LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, doing business as NoTherapists.
What we keep
NoTherapists keeps the administrative information needed to run the service: account and contact details, application information, verified credential references, agreements/consent versions, program and training records, bookings, payment references and necessary factual safety incidents. This is not a clinical chart. Do not submit diagnoses, psychotherapy notes, identity-document images or background report contents through ordinary forms.
Feedback and Method pages
Feedback is stored privately for service improvement. Contact details are requested only when you choose YES for early access. Method Explore pages are readable on the website without an email request. Historical guide requests may retain the email, requested Method, request time and separate optional news opt-in originally provided. Email information is not sold. The feedback page provides its specific privacy notice.
Access and service providers
Authorized administrators have restricted access. Providers see their own workspace data and members their own memberships/bookings. Payments are handled by Stripe; screening records are handled through the authorized screening process. Security cookies maintain sessions and help prevent abuse. Do not post sensitive information in group discussions; group confidentiality is not guaranteed.
Requests and retention
Contact support@notherapists.com about access, correction or deletion. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal, financial, safety and security record obligations. Preserve only information needed for those purposes and restrict access to it. Do not retain unrelated sensitive details. External emergency or legally required reports follow the safety policy.
